The performance of the project is justified because of results received at its realization. Most active beneficiaries will pass training of

• leader qualities

• socio- economic

• legal literacy.

Leaders are being found out, including women, who will be mobilized as an active element stimulating

• changes at the lowest social levels in a countryside

• restore of agricultural infrastructure

• construction of Civil Society elements.

Project is designed for close cooperation with bodies of local self-management, with djamoats and farmers associations. It will help 

• to make active the process of population involvement

• to solve their socio-economic tasks in local communities

• to improve life and social status.

All these changes will be supported by the projects of

• Civil Society development,

• complex microfinancing program

• restore of agricultural infrastructure

• constant system of training and consulting approached to communities and beneficiaries.
